Our 1/4 hog bundle is perfect for the smaller families that don't need all of the meat from our whole hog bundle. Able to keep food on your table, while keeping your pocketbooks from being completely emptied out. The meat is cut fresh and is then separated into smaller packages, which are then freezer wrapped. Simply take it home and put it in your freezer.

1- 13 lb. Pork Loin cut into: 1 Country Rib- 1 End Roast- Center Cut Pork Chops
1- 3-4 lb. Pork Spare Rib
5- 1 lb. Packages of Sliced Bacon
5- 1 lb. Packages of Mild Country Pork Sausage
1- 7-9 lb. Sugar Cured Picnic Shoulder
1- 18-20 lb. Sugar Cured Ham that is been cut in half with 1 center slice.
